To get help, click the Live Chat button located in the bottom-right corner of the kiosk. Start a live chat for legal help, available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST.

• Chat with a Virtual Court Navigator. They can assist with you free legal information, provide helpful resources, and resolve technical issues related to the kiosk.

• Chat with a Legal Aid Attorney. If you meet the income requirements, you can use the same chat button during these hours to get free legal advice from a legal aid attorney.
