Texas Legal Services Center is the owner and processor of the data you provide us through your usage of the Virtual Court Kiosks. The following types of data we collect from you may include but are not limited to: your application usage, including usage of any accessibility applications; website history; terms searched; and titles of documents, including legal forms used. In extreme cases in order to troubleshoot any technical issues or performance interruptions on the Virtual Court Kiosks, we may also record screen interactions or take screenshots of usage activity on the Virtual Court Kiosks.
By using this kiosk, you give your consent for us to provide your data to third-party vendors and collaborators such as Teramind, DeepFreeze Faronics, and A2J Tech that help us provide you with the Virtual Court Kiosks services, such as for data storage and hosting, customer support, to enable features and integrations in the kiosk experience such as surveys and language translation, to gain insights into how and how frequently the kiosk is used and how to improve the kiosk usage experience, as well as is necessary to comply with applicable law and regulations in the area where the kiosk is hosted to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of you, us, or others. While we take steps to keep all data anonymous, i.e., we do not ask for your name or any other personal information to identify you as a user of the Virtual Court Kiosks, it is possible to glean some of those details through your usage of the kiosk to access publicly accessible pages, such as accessing social media profiles or other personal pages.
